RETURN & EXCHANGES

By purchasing product on this website, you agree to our refund and return policy.

Refunds: Personal care and hygiene products are typically safe to return and we will look to refund items that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We ask that products are returned to us in original packaging and we will assess refunds on an individual basis to ensure items are eligible to be returned. We have the right to deny any returns. Any damaged/broken products or discolouration will not be eligible for return (even during the delivery to our warehouse).

• Shipping charges are excluded from the return. (Please note that any refunds will be the original price minus the shipping charges.)

• All products must be sent back in its original packaging, along with all gifts included to be eligible for a return.
• Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 14 days of receipt.
• All returns of unopened products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the total refund owing. 

Once we received the product at our warehouse and it does not pass our inspection for a return (guidelines are posted above), and you would like the product back, there will be shipping charges. If the product is not eligible for a refund and after 7 days the product has not been claimed back, it will be disposed.

 

Allergies or Reactions: 
Our Secret Make-Up health care products are made from glass and/or metal and therefore are chemical free. Please ensure the instructions for use of the products are adhered to avoid reactions. 

 

Damages and Issues :
Secret Make-Up prides itself with our rigorous 100% quality inspection of all, and every one of our products.

Our order fulfilment team takes extreme care with the shipments to our valued customers. Please can we ask that you inspect your order upon receipt.
